Just making moussaka. Made one for us and couldn't resist making a baby one for Ethan (is exactly same ingredients...not really any reason to make it seperate, just thought it would look cute!). Hoping it goes as well as the last one...didn't have the right amount of aubergine so added peas to bulk it up and only had beef mince so I'm sure it's not really a proper moussaka but oh well! If goes well I will proudly display a photo and if it goes pants then you can have a giggle at what it looks like. To be continued...
